Geoffrey Hacker me enviou uma matéria sobre Custom Mercurys que inspirou mais uma versão, desta vez eliminando a quebra lateral do paralama dianteiro e acrescentando um friso à la Buick para dividir a pintura saia-e-blusa. Uma grade especial baseada no Mercury 50 e calotas Cadillac do tipo "sombrero" .

Geoffrey Hacker kindly scanned and sent me an article on Custom Mercurys which inspired to create another version, cleaning up the sides from the front fender step, adding a continuous crease to the rear, a Buick-like sidetrim, 50Mercury-styled grille and Cadillac "sombrero" hubcaps.

Discrete choptop, overall shaving including gutter rail, front and rear bumper pan, rear license bumper frame, repositioned taillights. An enlarged rocker panel and new all-chrome caps keeping the original emblem. A subtle Purple Grape tone, taildragger stance and that's it.
